Hallowtween takes place within the grounds of the legendary former Dunnington Lodge, here at York Maze, one of the most haunted sites in the whole of Yorkshire. Nothing is what it seems and you will need to keep your wits about you as you experience all the shocks and thrills of our four Scare Houses; Corny’s Cornevil, The Singularity, The Flesh Pot and Necropolis!
PLUS there's street theatre, LIVE stage performances, fairground rides (charged extra), meet the Halloween Owls and more to keep the whole family entertained as you take a breather in-between the chilling scares...ENTER IF YOU DARE!
Tickets must be booked online, there are a limited number of tickets available per half hour timeslot. Admissions open at 12:30pm last entry slot is 2.30pm-3pm. Your ticket allows entry to each of the 4 Scare Houses once only. The Scare Houses, Rides and food outlets close at 5pm, the site closes at 5.30pm. You should allow at least 2hrs for your visit.
PLEASE NOTE - Hallowtween takes place in the Hallowscream event area and does not use the rest of the York Maze site. The Maize Maze has been harvested and the York Maze play areas, rides and activities that are open in the summer are NOT OPEN as part of Hallowtween.
* Children under 16yrs attending Hallowtween must be accompanied by an adult (18yrs +) at all times including inside the scare houses.
